Episode 1: Classic Rock (1)
In a fight with Black Adam on the Rock of Eternity several Djinns get released and the Justice League has to stop them.
Part one of a four part episode also known as Shazam Slam.
Episode 2: Power Outage (2)
A lava based Djinn absorbes the powers of Parasite giving Wonder Woman and Superman a hard time beating a creature that drains them of their own powers.

Episode 3: Night of the Bat (3)
Batman is possessed by a djinn who overloads and power core from the Hall of Justice.

Episode 4: Abate and Switch (4)
The last three djinn are proving formidable foes when Black Adam shows up again with a vengeance. With the help of John Constantine, Plastic Man, Swamp Thing and Shazam the League puts in a team effort to stop Black Adam and the djinn. At the site of the battle the watchtower is built as a replacement HQ.

Episode 5: Follow That Space Cab!
Superman and Hawkman receive the help of an honorable space cab driver as they try to protect Mr. Mind from being captured by Lobo.
Episode 6: Nuclear Family Values
Firestorm's family values. The heat is on when the Justice League enlist the help of Firestorm. Taking a trip to where it all began, Firestorm encounters a not so all American family.
Episode 7: Zombie King
Batman teams up with John Constantine, Zatanna, and Swamp Thing when Solomon Grundy tries to raise a zombie army
Episode 8: Galaxy Jest
Wonder Woman and Superman have to rescue Joker from Mongul, whilst Batman and Flash try to stop a massive laughing gas bomb hidden away in Gotham.
Episode 9: Time Share
Batman and Blue Beetle are thrown back in time where they must stop Chronos from destroying Batman on his first night in Gotham where he faces off against Carmine Falcone and his men.
Episode 10: Under a Red Sun
After a brief team up with Batman and Big Barda in their battle against the Parademons, Superman is transported to a planet orbiting a red sun by Steppenwolf. This is part of Steppenwolf's plan to kill Superman and become a legend. Now with his powers slowly depleting, Superman must defeat Steppenwolf and get back to Earth. As this is happening, Batman and Big Barda head to Darkseid's fortress on Apokolips in order to find information on where Superman is transported to.
Episode 11: Play Date
When the Justice League Watchtower is invaded by Toyman and his army oftoys, Cyborg, Wonder Woman, Superman, and Batman are turned into players in a twisted version of a fighting game, and now Cyborg will need all of his gaming skills to get out of this one.
Episode 12: Repulse!
Superman has been infected by the "Repulse", who was revealed as Lex Luthor, and has now become the new Repulse. As Wonder Woman and Hawkman try to find a way to save him, Superman must remove those nanobots from his body by sending them into a black hole before he gets pulled into it as well.
Episode 13: Trick or Threat
Cain the Caretaker tells the audience a Halloween story about the House of Mystery, where Batman, Zatanna, Constantine, and Doctor Fate are turned into 10-year-olds by Klarion the Witch Boy. Now, the 10-year-old Justice League must find a way to defeat Klarion, turn them back to normal, and escape the House of Mystery before it disappears by midnight.
Episode 14: Speed Demon
After defeating Harley Quinn, Batman and Zatanna encounter Brother Night who used his dark magic to control the Batmobile and kidnapping Zatanna. With the help of Etrigan the Demon, Batman must save her, stop the Batmobile, and defeat Brother Night.
Episode 15: Hat Trick
Felix Faust steals Zatanna's hat in order to free a massive demon and get his youth back. While Batman and Etrigan face off against the demon, Zatanna uses every trick in her arsenal to get her hat back from Felix Faust.
Episode 16: Luthor in Paradise
Lex Luthor and Circe invade Themyscira, home of the Amazons, to obtain a staff that leads to the Fallen Realm and an artifact of the Greek Gods. With help from Superman and Batman, Wonder Woman must find a way to stop those villains before it's too late.
Episode 17: Plastic Man Saves the World
While Superman, Batman, Cyborg, and Vixen try to stop Brainiac, Plastic Man sneaks into Brainiac's spaceship to destroy the shrink ray and save the world in order to prove that he is a worthy superhero.
Episode 18: Field Trip
As Superman gives Blue Beetle, Firestorm, and Stargirl a tour of the Fortress of Solitude, they run afoul with General Zod, Faora, and an unidentified Kryptonian villain who are accidentally freed from the Phantom Zone. Now with Superman trapped inside, the three teen heroes must work together to stop the Kryptonian villains.
Episode 19: Rage of the Red Lanterns
Lobo stole the rings from the Red Lanterns and pits Atrocitus, Zilius Zox and the rest of the Red Lanterns against Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman in order to get a score. After Lobo unlocked the Spider Gauntlet's power, the Justice League and the Red Lanterns must team up to defeat him.
Episode 20: Freezer Burn
Mr. Freeze flies on his aircraft to freeze the entire Gotham City using Killer Frost as his power source. While Batman deals with Mr. Freeze, Firestorm will have to save Killer Frost and develops a crush on her at the same time.
Episode 21: Inside Job
In a Fantastic Voyage-like adventure, Atom shrinks Batman and Wonder Woman, so they can enter Superman's bloodstream and destroy a lethal nanite virus.
Episode 22: The Trouble with Truth
The JLA find themselves in danger of losing Wonder Woman when the goddess Athena comes to Earth with an offer Diana can't refuse -- filling the position of the Goddess of Truth on Mt. Olympus.
Episode 23: Double Cross
In order for Batman to lure Deadshot into a trap, he has Plastic Man pose as Two-Face. Things go well at first until the real Two-Face escapes from Firestorm's custody.
Episode 24: Battle for the Bottled City
The Atom shrinks Superman down to microscopic size so that he can enter the Bottled City of Kandor but when Brainiac breaks into the Fortress of Solitude, defeats Cyborg, and reclaims the bottle, Atom must try to stop Brainiac on his own.
Episode 25: Garden of Evil
When Swamp Thing has a blind date with Poison Ivy which leads to her controlling him in her plot to overrun Gotham City with plants, Batman works on an antidote to free Swamp Thing from Poison Ivy's control. Meanwhile, Poison Ivy is collaborating with Harley Quinn to help her keep Swamp Thing in check. So Superman, Firestorm, and Vixen work to fight Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn on their home turf.
Episode 26: All Aboard the Space Train
In a strange turn of events, the JLA enlist the help of Space Cabbie and Jonah Hex to stop the hijacking of an intergalactic space train.
Episode 27: Time Out
Batman teams up with Booster Gold when an alien creature starts literally eating up time.
Episode 28: The Fatal Fare
Space Cabbie inadvertently learns about a great threat to the Justice League when one of his passengers turns out to be Darkseid.

As the Justice League tries to protect the United Nations from Gorilla Grodd gorilla army, Mister Mxyzptlk pops up from the fifth dimension and thinks it would be great fun to....

Stargirl has to enlist Constantine's help when Klarion the Witch Boy takes the place of the boy she's supposed to be babysitting...

Green Arrow and Plastic Man just caught Solomon Grundy, who ends up with them at the the annual Justice League Christmas party, what can go wrong? It all works out with help of Batman, the Flash and the spirit of Christmas. Although Green Arrow tries his best, the rest of the League decides to go to the S.T.A.R. labs Christmas party after all.

When Booster Gold starts to secretly give tours of the Watchtower to make some extra cash, he inadvertently brings in at least one super-villain disguised as a tourist.

When Green Lantern leaves his ring in an intergalactic restroom after washing his hands, he discovers it's gone, leading him on a wild chase for the aliens who might have taken it.

Mr. Mxyzptlk decides to create some mischief by granting Shazam's well-meaning Uncle Dudley with superpowers bigger than anyone in the league.
