Overview
Song Ju and Jeong Seo who have lost a father and a mother respectively spend their childhood together like real siblings. Song Ju is there for Jeong Seo whenever she feels lonely and has a hard time, and Jeong Seo also relies a lot on Song Ju. However, after Jeong Seo's father gets married to Tae Mi Ra, Mi Ra and her daughter Yu Ri keep harassing Jeong Seo out of jealousy. Tae Hwa, Yu Ri's rough and wild older brother, has a crush on Jeong Seo who is pure and kind unlike him.

Episode 1
As Professor Han, Jeong Seo's father marries Actress Tae Mi Ra, she starts to live with Yu Ri and Tae Hwa, her new siblings. Yu Ri and her mother harass Jeong Seo in every way out of jealousy. Jeong Seo waits for the day to go abroad to go to school with Song Ju who's the one she's in love with and relies on.
Episode 2
Yu Ri and Mi Ra stop Jeong Seo going abroad for studies and even lock her in the attic on the day Song Ju leaves to study abroad. Yu Ri intercepts the letters Song Ju sent to Jeong Seo. Pil Su visits Tae Hwa with a pair of sneakers on Tae Hwa's birthday and runs into Mi Ra. Jeong Seo makes a seaweed soup and a gift for Tae Hwa's birthday.
Episode 3
Jeong Seo goes to meet Song Ju who returns to Korea. Yu Ri hits Jeong Seo with her dad's car under influence. Yu Ri goes to her biological father for help and puts Jeong Seo's ID card into a dead body's cloth, and Jeong Seo is officially reported to be dead.
Episode 4
After returning to Korea, Song Ju becomes the president of one of the affiliates of the Global Corporation. Song Ju and Yu Ri plan to announce their engagement at the company's foundation ceremony. Song Ju runs into Jeong Seo at Global Land and asks her if she's Han Jeong Seo.
Episode 5
As Song Ju doesn't show up in the ceremony where he was supposed to announce his engagement with Yu Ri, Yu Ri tries to drown herself in a river after leaving a memo to Song Ju. Jeong Seo doesn't remember anything about her past life and believes she's Kim Ji Su, and Song Ju keeps showing up in front of her.
Episode 6
Jeong Seo finds out that Song Ju is the president of the company she gets to work for. Song Ju takes Jeong Seo to the house she lived in the past, and Jeong Seo meets her real father there. Tae Hwa sees Jeong Seo getting off Song Ju's car and get anxious.
Episode 7
Song Ju persuades Jeong Seo to meet her original family and see if the family recognizes her, and Cheol Su tries his best to stop her. Jeong Seo introduces her newly-designed cloth for the upcoming season, but Song Ju tells her to come up with a better one. Both Yu Ri and Tae Hwa become anxious that Jeong Seo might regain her memory.
Episode 8
Jeong Seo gives a presentation on the new product she came up with and gets a good evaluation. Song Ju holds a company dinner with the brand development team at a club suddenly. Jeong Seo almost gets hit by a car Yu Ri drives on her way to see Tae Hwa and remembers the accident she got into in the past.
Episode 9
Jeong Seo who regains her memory tries to talk to Song Ju, but Yu Ri takes him away from Jeong Seo. Tae Hwa decides to confess everything to Jeong Seo, but Jeong Seo goes to tell Mi Ra and Yu Ri that she remembers everything. Chairperson Min tells Jeong Seo to quit her job right away.
Episode 10
Jeong Seo goes back home and finds Tae Hwa who passed out. She leaves and goes to the inn she's staying, and Song Ju visits her. They go out and drink together, and Jeong Seo tells him that she's not Ji Su but Jeong Seo, but Song Ju doesn't listen to her. Jeong Seo decides to leave far away with Tae Hwa.
Episode 11
Jeong Seo visits her family and claims that she's Jeong Seo. Jeong Seo returns to work. Song Ju tells Jeong Seo to come to the engagement and says he'll get engaged to the woman he loves. Tae Haw tells Jeong Seo to get engaged with Song Ju. Mi Ra has something up her sleeve to stop Jeong Seo from getting engaged to Song Ju.
Episode 12
When Song Ju is about to put a ring on Jeong Seo's finger, Tae Hwa shows up, and Jeong Seo goes after Tae Hwa. The engagement ceremony resumes without Jeong Seo, and Song Ju gives the engagement ring to Yu Ri instead. Mi Ra consoles and encourages her daughter Yu Ri, who's depressed after finding out that Song Ju really loves Jeong Seo.
Episode 13
Mi Ra suggests that Jeong Seo gets married to Cheol Su at dinner with Song Ju. Song Ju gets drunk after dinner and finds Jeong Seo on his way home. Song Ju makes Jeong Seo go stay at the cabin where Cheol Su is. In the cabin, Jeong Seo falls sick, and Cheol Su leaves her after calling Song Ju.
Episode 14
Song Ju declares that he loves Jeong Seo and will marry her in front of Jeong Seo's family and his mother. Song Ju resigns as the president and stays in a shabby motel. Mi Ra devises a plot to ruin Tae Hwa's life to make Song Ju marries Yu Ri, and Tae Hwa who finds out about her scheme visits Yu Ri.
Episode 15
Jeong Seo starts to see things blurry, so she goes to buy glasses. However, the optician suggests that she sees an ophthalmologist for further examination. Global Corporation is faced with a crisis as Song Ju, the successor of the company, resigned. Jeong Seo persuades Song Ju to go back.
Episode 16
Tae Hwa comes to Jeong Seo's house and tells his family everything about the accident Jeong Seo got in. The doctor says Jeong Seo's chances of survival after eye extraction are only 50 percent due to tumors. Jeong Seo decides to spend the last day with Song Ju.
Episode 17
Jeong Seo lives in grief in the beach house missing Song Ju. Tae Hwa tells Song Ju that Jeong Seo will completely lose her vision soon. Tae Hwa decides to sell his imitation paintings to earn money for Jeong Seo's surgery. He goes to Seoul to sell them and gets caught by the police. Song Ju is headed for the beach house.
Episode 18
As Tae Hwa is taken by the police, Song Ju goes to the beach house, and Jeong Seo mistakes him for Tae Hwa. Song Ju takes Jeong Seo to Seoul as she hopes to see Song Ju. Song Ju makes himself clear once again to his mother that he'll marry Jeong Seo. Tae Hwa and Song Ju persuade Jeong Seo to have surgery to remove tumors.
Episode 19
Song Ju invites people and announces that he's marrying Jeong Seo. Mi Ra furiously makes a huge fuss there, and Tae Hwa and his father show up and reveal everything about what happened five years ago including Jeong Seo's accident. Both Song Ju and Tae Hwa ask the doctor if they can donate their corneas to Jeong Seo.
Episode 20
Tae Hwa lies to Jeong Seo that he'd go to France to study art and kills himself to donate his corneas to her. After receiving a cornea transplant, Jeong Seo starts to see things again. Jeong Seo and Song Ju spend a happy married life and even launch a foundation which they name after Tae Hwa. And Jeong Seo suddenly feels sick again.
