Sheila has tracked her down at the airport, Kyle is trying to get in touch with her, and Bea has discovered that the flight to Darwin isnt for another two hours. Toadie and Dipi are discussing their respective relationships, while Shane and Amy are discussing a new boutique.

Shane is faced with a difficult decision when Dipi confesses her love for him and wants to get back together. Amy is upset but reassures Shane that she believes in their relationship. Meanwhile, Brent surprises everyone by announcing he will be attending Geelong Grammar instead of Erinsborough High.

They all work together to protect him from the fallout.

Nicolette, Jane, David, and Aaron take Brent on a tour of Erinsborough High. Hendrix and Susan spot him through the window and have a disagreement about whether people can change. Roxy visits Kyle at work and offers to help, but he insists on working alone.

Paul gloats about Kyle and Roxy being kicked out of the tram. Karl discusses the situation with them but defends his decision. Amy thanks Paul for the tram opportunity and discusses her plans with Shane. Olivia approaches Karl to discuss her Finn Kelly biography. Kyle and Roxy search for a loophole in the contract. Terese confronts Paul about Kyles eviction

Karl and Susan discuss Pauls harassment over overdue rent. Kyle seeks a rent holiday from Karl, and Paul observes Amy approaching Terese for a job. Susan meets Olivia Bell, the author of The Devil You Know, and is upset that Olivia exploited her marriage with Karl. Ned offers to cancel a booking, but Susan declines and asks for the phone number of a mysterious Hive woman.

Brent is engrossed in computer games and has forgotten to clean up. Nicolette reminds him of the house policy. Aaron and Emmett arrive for dinner and the conversation turns to Dipi, who is in Sydney. Shane is uncomfortable when Amy suggests Dipi may have seen Pierce. Nicolette is eating for two and Jane suggests Brent consider going back to school.

Chloe and Fay arrive at Aarons house and are welcomed warmly. Chloe will be taking care of Fay while they stay. Meanwhile, Yashvi and Ned are discussing their upcoming break, and Shane arrives with flowers, hoping to reconcile with Dipi. Dipi talks to Melanie about her divorce papers, and Toadie informs her that Shane wants to get back together.

Kyle and Levi argue over the closure of Kyles tram business, which was reported to the council by Levi. Sheila and Roxy intervene to stop the argument, and Hendrix arrives looking for a latte. Meanwhile, Amy is trying to help Shane with his bush ballad, and Mackenzie gets a call from Jay and leaves to take it in her room.

Amy wakes up and encourages Shane to go check on Dipi. Shane reveals he saved Dipi before rescuing Amy, and they both understand the situation. The police determine Amy accidentally left one of the cylinders open, causing the explosion. Kyle is not blamed, but Roxy suggests ways for him to carry on Garys legacy.
