Nicolette, Jane, David, and Aaron take Brent on a tour of Erinsborough High. Hendrix and Susan spot him through the window and have a disagreement about whether people can change. Roxy visits Kyle at work and offers to help, but he insists on working alone.

Sheila has tracked her down at the airport, Kyle is trying to get in touch with her, and Bea has discovered that the flight to Darwin isnt for another two hours. Kyle and Levi argue over the closure of Kyles tram business, which was reported to the council by Levi. Sheila and Roxy intervene to stop the argument, and Hendrix arrives looking for a latte. They all work together to protect him from the fallout.

Terese confronts Paul about Kyles eviction

Susan and Jane discuss Hendrixs outburst, and Roxy is shaken by Beas poisoning. Hendrix confides in Karl, and Harlow crosses the road to check on him. Ned brings chocolates for Bea, and Levi shares his worries.

Karl and Susan discuss Pauls harassment over overdue rent. Kyle seeks a rent holiday from Karl, and Paul observes Amy approaching Terese for a job. Susan meets Olivia Bell, the author of The Devil You Know, and is upset that Olivia exploited her marriage with Karl. Ned offers to cancel a booking, but Susan declines and asks for the phone number of a mysterious Hive woman.
