A condition that Brad notices while having dinner at Harold’s with Josh. Eager to tout the benefits of his running group after it is put down by Nick, Brad sees a perfect opportunity in Bailey and convinces him to come down and try the group out for himself.

After she embarrasses him in front of the media, Paul whisks Cousin Hilary back to his penthouse where she complains to Daniel that since she’s returned to Erinsborough, Paul has basically ignored her. Paul is unrepentant and it’s up to Daniel to offer to take her home. But when he gets a call with an emergency at work, he’s forced to leave. Paul offers to take Hilary home or provide a taxi.

Amber faces a challenging assignment but receives support from Josh. Bailey ends up in the hospital due to pushing himself too hard. Lauren and Paige try to cheer him up. Imogen helps Amber with wedding preparations while Daniel has some reservations. Brad apologizes for his distractions and bonds with Matt. Dimato's heavies confront Amber, but Josh steps in to protect her.

To celebrate the upcoming Erinsborough Festival, Paul is holding a champagne breakfast for all the sponsors, including his new best friend, Nick. Georgia, as the head of the hospital fundraising committee, is also in attendance and her presence comes in handy when Chris (who’s there as a waiter) chokes on a quickly scoffed canapé.

Amber and Josh contemplate reporting a threatening encounter. Chris anxiously awaits news from Lucy about a potential pregnancy. Mark, Tyler, Toadie, and Nate plan for a games night. Imogen shares her wedding plans with Daniel. Tyler's interest in Imogen wanes as Paige jokes about it. Naomi and Mark's relationship progresses, while Chris learns of Lucy's pregnancy.

Tyler confirms Imogen is the owner of the car he’s been hired to strip. He strikes a deal with Dimato, promising to do a favour in exchange for possession of the car. Imogen is stunned when she finds Hermione parked randomly on the street, but Paige is suspicious. Believing he has a chance with Imogen, Tyler invites her on a date.

As residents showcase the best of Erinsborough, and familiar faces from the past enjoy all that’s on offer, Nate and Karl compete in a trivia quiz to determine Erinsborough’s Greatest Expert. Susan discovers a talent for palm-reading, while Toadie excels as a performing statue.

Hearing of Matt’s violent outburst from Paige and Bailey, Lauren tells Matt she’s worried about him. Admitting the mortgage has put the family under too much pressure, Lauren believes the only solution is to sell the house and Matt has no option but to agree. Lauren and Matt break the news to Bailey and he’s devastated. He tries to convince them to look at other options to raise money.

Harold is confused after the accident, and Karl is concerned he’s had a stroke or heart attack. At the hospital, Susan, Lou and Toadie rally around, and Karl reassures them that while Harold doesn’t appear to have had a major episode, he doesn’t know what caused the accident. Meanwhile, in his room, Harold wakes to find Madge by his bedside.

When an overtired and overworked Matt snaps at Lauren about dirty dishes she suggests he take the afternoon to rest and cure his bad mood. He can’t as he has too much to do at Harold’s but informs her and Bailey the bank has confirmed they won’t reimburse the money, and the Fraud Squad holds no hope of finding the thief. Wracked with guilt, Bailey withdraws his life savings.

Naomi and Brennan are loved up and ready to go public. Or Brennan is. But Naomi’s anxieties kick in and she finds it difficult to be a couple out in the open. Brennan puts her at ease, and all seems well, until, during some flirtatious cake tasting, Naomi catches Brennan exchanging a look with Paige across The Waterhole.

Sheila confronts Georgia about the birth control pills she found in Georgia’s bag. She wants to know why she’s lying to Kyle. Georgia is furious at Sheila for sticking her nose in but after doing some soul-searching, realises she has to talk to him about her worries. Georgia tells Kyle she can’t bear the idea of losing another child.

Harold is upset to discover that Amber overheard his advice to Daniel not to marry her but Madge urges him to stick to his beliefs on the topic. Lou’s impassioned defence of Amber sways Harold to agree to apologise to her, but then Imogen’s obvious inability to enthuse over the impending marriage makes him question Daniel and Amber’s choice once again.
