Overview
With two rambunctious kids under three, Jeremy and LaShelle have outgrown their starter home and are looking for a spacious suburban property. But unless they revamp their current home and sell it for top dollar, their dreams will remain well beyond their budget. Drew eventually convinces the reluctant couple to spend money in order to make money. But getting them to agree on the ideal home proves tricky and LaShelle threatens to fire him twice. Meanwhile, Jonathan focuses on the renovations and tries to keep everyone on track. The couple finally falls for a pricey move-in ready property, but when it's time to make a decision, they're still not sure what to do.
