Overview
Terri and Paul's sons were accepted to a prestigious school in a great district. But if their parents don't sell their current home and move in time, they'll lose their hard-won spots. Mom and dad are willing to relocate, but after three months on the market, their under-loved property threatens to derail their plans. Determined to maximize the home's value and encourage a sale in just two weeks, Jonathan tackles an ambitious makeover and uncovers some potentially lethal DIY along the way. For Drew, finding a perfect home that meets the couple's wish list is a tall order, but the real challenge is getting them to agree.
