Overview
Tim and Tarquin's family has outgrown their house. The lack of bedrooms and angled walls on the main floor have them wondering what to do. Designer Hilary and Realtor David want to help the family with their housing problems. Hilary and her team will renovate the major problem areas of the house to make the family love it again. David will search for houses that will convince the family to leave. And after all the work is finished, Tim and Tarquin will have to make a decision about their house. Will they Love It? Or List It?

Episode 5: Two Units, One Family
Jay and Sherry have an older son they wanted to keep at home, so the basement unit of their house is perfect. Although they're all together, the layout of the house has major issues - the kitchen is tiny and the bedrooms aren't private. The family doesn't know what to do. Designer Hilary and Realtor David are ready to help. Hilary and her team renovate the house to make it function for everyone. David will search for houses that will convince the family to move. Episode 7: Battle for Bedrooms
David and Geneva bought their fixer-upper in search of more room for their growing family. But four years later, the renovations are still not completed and Geneva is fed up. David, on the other hand, thinks all the house needs is a little more work and it could be the perfect home for their now family of four. But one of the main problems with the house starts at the front door... if you can even find it. The home's address is on one street, but their "front entrance" is on another street. On top of that, much of the home is cold, and there's a lack of privacy--the kids' room is attached to the master bedroom. Fed up with the dysfunctional layout that lacks a proper front entrance, David and Geneva call upon experts Jillian and Todd for some much needed solutions. Jillian and her design team will transform their house into an open concept oasis, while Todd will convince the family it's time for a new home. In the end, will they love it or list it?
