Manchester City experienced rather more difficulty at home to Crystal Palace in recent seasons, taking one point out of a possible six prior to Sunday’s match, while struggling Sheffield United were in desperate need of extending their unbeaten top-flight home run against Tottenham to seven games. Mark Chapman presents the highlights from today’s Premier League games, which included Leeds facing Arsenal at Elland Road and Sheffield United hosting West Ham. Leeds and Arsenal have traditionally been big rivals, but this will be their first Premier League meeting since the 2003-04 season. The Yorkshire side will be hoping to fare better than they did against the Gunners in that campaign, when they lost 4-1 at home and 5-0 at Highbury. Oli McBurnie’s goal was enough to give Sheffield United victory the last time they faced West Ham in January, although the Hammers did have an injury-time equaliser controversially ruled out by VAR.
