Tóm tắt
Kentarou Tachibana là huấn luyện viên cầu lông tại đội tuyển cầu lông thuộc trường cao trung Kitakomachi. Tuy vậy, anh luôn có một nỗi lo lắng lớn vì đội của mình có quá ít thành viên, đến nỗi không thể đi thi đấu được. Thế nhưng vào một ngày đẹp trời nọ, anh đã phát hiện ra Ayano Hanesaki - một cô bé có khả năng leo trèo vô cùng điệu nghệ và cơ thể linh hoạt trong mọi tình huống. Tachibana đã cố gắng thuyết phục Ayano tham gia vào đội cầu lông, nhưng khổ nỗi, Ayano lại có "thù" với môn thể thao này.
