Today is Daisy's (Diego's Sister) La Fiesta de Quinceniera (15th Birthday). As Dora and Boots practice the Mambo dance, they receive a call from Daisy saying that she needs her Crown and Shoes for the party. The party cannot start without the celebrant's crown and shoes, so Dora and Boots had to hurry to give Daisy her special birthday present. Dora and Boots takes the fastest way to the party by going through the Barn, through the Rain Forest and to Daisy's party.

Dora and her friends are about to put on a play about pirates for an audience of friends and relatives. When the Pirate Piggies steal the treasure chest with costumes inside, the group sets out to cross what's literally the Seven Seas and pass under the Singing Bridge to get to Treasure Island and get the costumes back in time for the show.

Dora just got a new puppy named Perito, after Dora and Boots picked up a present for Perito from Abuela (Dora's Grandma), they have been warned to watch out for Swiper the Fox. Dora and Boots had to hurry home to take the present home to Perito, before Swiper swipes it. Dora and Boots hurries home and avoids Swiper by going through the Butterfly Garden, through the 10 Dancing Trees, and to Dora's House.

Boots has been carried away on his giant kite by a mighty wind, and now Dora and Diego are chasing after him. They'll need YOUR help as they cross the Ocean atop a whale, swing through trees with singing gorillas, run across the Tall Grass with giraffes, zebras, elephants, hippos, and lions, and finally reach Polar Bear Mountain. There, they find Boots and his kite stuck atop a tree...with a polar bear circling beneath it. Luckily, Diego has his Rescue Pack that can transform into anything they need! Rescue Pack transforms into a rocket sled and Diego and Dora blast off to catch Boots. But will they save him in time?
