As a result, he turns to his dad who was very opposed to weed when raising Adam for some advice, only to find out that his views on the matter have become more liberal.

When Adam needs to hire a new project manager, Andi accuses him of unconscious bias after he only interviews men for the job. Also, Andi helps Kate fight for a spot on the boys' soccer team at school.
