Team One works with Jules on the inside, fighting to calm the gunman down before the waiter dies, but its clear there’s more to this simple hostage-taking. Team One discovers that this delusional man is merely a pawn in a much more horrific act of terror, targeting a local mosque.

What began as a standoff ends as a desperate chase through the city’s sewer system, and it’s up to Parker to stop Paul from making a mistake that will change him forever.
