Shady private eye Phil Arthur has been paying her to frequent certain places around town and Dorrie thinks it's because she bears a strong resemblance to madcap heiress Minerva Minden. After some digging, Perry finds out that Minerva might have been involved in a hit-and-run accident and it appears as though Dorrie is being used to prove that.
