Owner Sharon is losing so much money on the restaurant that she's on the verge of losing her house to foreclosure. Chef Robert Irvine must tackle a restaurant that's filthy from the dining room, to the kitchen, to the young staff's attitudes in order to turn the Soup to Nuts Diner into a success.
