David will search for home with both the character and charm they love, and the additional space they need. After all the work is finished, Derek and Andy will have a decision to make. Will they love their house again? Or will they list it?

Designer Jillian and her team will transform this crowded house into a relaxing space for the entire family, while Todd feels he can find all the breathing room they need in another home. When all is said and done, Franny, Salim, Alysha, and Alyah will have to decide... will they love their home again or will they list it?
