Back at the house, Rinna wants everyone to chill out, but things get heated when Kyle and Crystal confront Erika about her perceived lack of empathy.

Kyle’s ski chalet goes from cozy to creepy when Rinna summons the spirits with a Ouija board. Diana and Sutton’s feud is rekindled after a combustible word leaves the ladies fuming.
