Eighteen diverse contestants have come from all over America to follow their dream to work for Chef Gordon Ramsey. These chefs will endure a brutal set of challenges, and only one will come out on top to become the next Head Chef of Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas, one of the busiest restaurants in the country.

Tập 1
Contestants compete in the signature dish challenge after being divided into two teams.
Tập 2
When the contestants must deliberate on which chef makes the best scallops, tensions run high. A rocky first dinner service for both teams involves raw meat and bad communication. After serving stars like Garcelle Beauvais, Alex Mack, and Martina McBride, Chef Ramsay must decide who will not make the cut.

The contestants serve an All-American brunch to new American citizens. Disaster strikes when raw chicken and cold steak are served but one team reigns supreme and is rewarded with a swanky Hollywood rooftop pool party while the losing team picks up pieces of confetti one by one. Both teams feel the pressure serving celebrities like Victor Cruz, Bobby Berk, Alaska, and Liam Pace and one team is not able to turn it around.

The chefs must identify mystery proteins as quickly as possible; a dinner service attended by actor Dolph Lundgren and singer Paula Abdul.

The chefs go head-to-head in a soccer-themed fusion cuisine challenge with soccer legend Alexi Lalas; fusion chef Tony Messina guest judges; the chefs compete on a chaotic dinner service.

Tensions rise as the chefs face their most difficult challenge yet -- communication; the contestants must cook one of the top five cuisines in America, but the challenge gets turned on its head and shines the spotlight on a select few contestants.

Olympic champion Jordan Chiles shows the chefs how to find balance in a gymnastics-themed challenge while they are tasked to impress guest judge, Chef Evan Funke with four signature pasta dishes. While serving Beach Volleyball Olympic Gold Medalist Alix Klineman and actor and comedian Kel Mitchell, some chefs are praised for rising as leaders while others crash and burn. See which chefs stand tall and which ones fall off the beam.

The infamous blind food taste test returns with a new out-of-this-world challenge. During dinner service, problems with scallops and soufflés reveal the differences between leaders and losers. The pressure is on in the kitchen for dinner service as the chefs serve stars such as former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo, actresses Rosanna Arquette and Emily Tosta, as well as actor Greg Germann in a charity night supporting The People Concern and Teen Cancer America.

It is time for Chef Ramsay to hand out the legendary black jackets. Determined to win the coveted black jacket, the chefs play a high stakes game of craps to determine the dishes they will be making for this week's first challenge. It will take three challenges to determine which chefs are ultimately worthy of standing amongst the greats.

During dinner service, the chefs attempt to impress guests with renowned influence including, actors Kate Flannery, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Gavin Rossdale and Bob the Drag Queen; Gordon makes a shocking decision.

During dinner service, the chefs are put to the test to see if they have the attention to detail it takes to run a kitchen -- with a few tricks thrown in by chef Ramsay; guest judge Kevin Meehan.

The pressure is on, as the Hell's Kitchen finale closes in! The final three contestants face their last challenge before the final dinner service by impressing guest chefs Brian Malarkey, Curtis Stone, Giada De Laurentiis, Michael Cimarusti and Nyesha Arrington.

The final two contestants battle to the crown when they are tasked with designing a menu for their kitchen and showing Chef Ramsay they have what it takes to be his head chef. Finally, after sixteen weeks of explosive meltdowns and explosive meals, one chef is crowned winner and the next head chef of Hell's Kitchen Las Vegas, securing $250,000 and finally achieving their American dream.
