As Mu-jin uncovers the extent of the factory's willful disregard for fire safety regulations, he realizes that the true source of the negligence lies with a more powerful entity, Myungeum Constructions. Determined to hold those truly accountable, Mu-jin seeks out the factory's figurehead for more answers.

With no clients and heavy pressure to succeed, he opens a tiny office but still struggles to pay the rent. However, an idea from Hee-ju starts to get the ball rolling.
