Christina tries to prepare one mother for a total loss of her daughter at any time. Her daughter is in desperate need of a kidney transplant and has trouble finding matches because she is of mixed race. A little boy hoping for a meeting from his hero thanks to the make a wish foundation gets disappointed when a celebrity he is not familiar with decides to do a favor for his hero and she felt that the hospital and try to give the little boy a happy moment.

Christina is named director of nursing and clashes with the old director. Christina and Tom's feelings begin to develop. A woman dies due to lack of medical attention.
