Things get messy when Dodie admits to having a secret crush on Dustin, while Dustin reveals he really HAS sent a love letter, but to Macie! Will Ginger find a way to work it out?
Meanwhile, Carl and Hoodsey tell Blake they sold his tonsils to a witch doctor, causing him to become sick.

Meanwhile, Carl and Hoodsey try to make aphrodisiacs.
