Max insists on Ruby reading him a scary mystery story before bed. After some hesitation, Ruby agrees to, and reads Max a story about the blue tarantula, who crawls on little bunnies at night when they are asleep and bites them, causing them to die. Max stays up all night in fear of the tarantula. Will Ruby find a way to get him to go to sleep?

Ruby tries to get Max to put on a raincoat, but by the time both of the bunnies are ready to go out, the rain clouds have cleared and the sun is out. Can Max and Ruby still have fun in the rain? No. But they can have fun with the hose!
