On her way out, she hears a call for help and reluctantly treats Naima, who was found passed out in the hotel swimming pool by her fiance.

However, student nurse Jade stumbles into work late, and Louise is not impressed by her actions. Meanwhile, Charlie remains suspicious of Duffy, and Iain makes a call to the wellbeing team, finally seeking help about his mental-health struggles.
