Tóm tắt
Câu chuyện theo chân chàng công tử bột William Keith (Robert Francis) sau khi tốt nghiệp Đại học Princeton đã xung phong đăng lính nhằm chứng tỏ bản thân. Anh được điều động phục vụ trên con tàu USS Caine, một con tàu khu trục quét mìn cũ kỹ và dưới sự chỉ huy của Trung tá Hạm trưởng Philip Francis Queeg (Humphrey Bogart).
