Dennis the Menace: Season 1

Episode 1: Dennis Goes to the Movies 1959-10-04 | 30 min Dennis eludes a babysitter to go to the movies that his parents are at. Episode 2: Dennis and the Signpost 1959-10-11 | 30 min Dennis replaces a fallen signpost... backwards. Episode 3: The Fishing Trip 1959-10-18 | 30 min Henry and Mr.Wilson try to go fishing without Dennis. Episode 4: Grandpa and Miss Cathcart 1959-10-25 | 30 min Dennis tries to fix his Grampa Perkins up with Miss Cathcart. Episode 5: Innocents in Space 1959-11-01 | 30 min Mr. Wilson thinks he has discovered a space satellite. Episode 6: Dennis' Garden 1959-11-08 | 30 min Mr. Wilson's garden originally consisted of Dahlia bulbs. When Dennis sees them, he thinks they are ""sweet potatoes"" and after his bedtime, he ""secretly exchanges"" what is in his garden with what is in Mr. Wilson's garden. Dennis eventually raises the Dahlia bulbs & wins a 1st prize medal. After the garden judges see Mr. Wilson's garden, he is also given a medal. Episode 7: The New Neighbors 1959-11-15 | 30 min Dennis helps Mr Wilson sell a neighbors house. Episode 8: Tenting Tonight 1959-11-22 | 30 min Dennis and Tommy camp out in the back yard. Dennis' parents friends The Melton's play a record containing wild animal sounds to entertain the boys while they are camping out in the yard. Mr. Wilson can hear the record from his house and is convinced that wild animals have escaped from the circus and are after the boys so Mr. Wilson goes out to the yard to try and save Dennis and Tommy from danger. Episode 9: Dennis Sells Bottles 1959-11-29 | 30 min Dennis thinks his dad is broke so he sells bottles to try and help his dad out. However, when Dennis tells some of the neighbors what he is doing the neighbors get the wrong idea about the Mitchell's and think that they are in trouble financially. Episode 10: Mr. Wilson's Award 1959-12-06 | 30 min Dennis starts a rumor that him and his family are moving to New York only to keep Mr. Wilson in town to get his award. Episode 11: The Christmas Story (aka Dennis & Christmas) 1959-12-20 | 30 min Dennis is going crazy trying to find his gifts. Episode 12: Dennis and the Cowboy 1959-12-27 | 30 min Dennis meets Whip Crawford his cowboy idol after Mrs Webster tells Dennis he will be in the play. Episode 13: Dennis Haunts a House 1960-01-03 | 30 min Dennis Haunts Mr. Wilson's house due to him and his friends starting a club house in Mr. Wilson's basement. Episode 14: Dennis' Tree House 1960-01-10 | 30 min Mr. Wilson attempts to teach Dennis about bird watching, then Dennis takes care of a sick bird Episode 15: Dennis and the Rare Coin 1960-01-17 | 30 min George Wilson is looking for a rare coin. But George is in for a sad shock $250.00 (that's what he paid for the coin) But the coin is fake! Episode 16: Dennis and the Bike 1960-01-24 | 30 min To get a bike Dennis sells a fishbowl of beans which he has to count before 5pm! Episode 17: Dennis and the Open House 1960-02-07 | 30 min The Mitchell's are having a party and the guests are late, So Dennis tries to help people find the house by taking an open House for Free! Episode 18: Dennis and the Duck 1960-02-14 | 30 min Dennis's duck (George) causes problems for Mr. Willson who is running for The Garden Club. He tries to get the duck to the lake. Episode 19: Dennis and the Swing 1960-02-21 | 30 min Henry tries to take Alice out on their Anniversary. Meanwhile Dennis tries to build a swing in his yard and ends up chasing a cat up a tree in the process. Episode 20: Dennis and the Dog 1960-02-28 | 30 min Dennis cares for a dog named Charlie who wins a prize for his painting! Episode 21: Mr. Wilson's Sister 1960-03-06 | 30 min Dennis meets Helen and wants to be pirate. Episode 22: Dennis and the TV Set 1960-03-13 | 30 min Dennis goes to any length to get a TV and turns Mr. Wilson's tv on! Episode 23: Dennis Creates a Hero 1960-03-20 | 30 min Dennis asks a reporter to write a story about his dad with hopes of getting his picture in the paper. Episode 24: Dennis' Paper Drive 1960-04-10 | 30 min Mrs Holland tells Dennis that anyone who collets the most newspapers will win a silver dollar made in 1895 that is worth $600 which catces Mr. Wilson's eye. Episode 25: Dennis and the Bees 1960-04-17 | 30 min Dennis learns Opie might leave because his bees have no honey. Dennis sprays prfume on Mr. Willison's flowers. Episode 26: Alice's Birthday 1960-04-24 | 30 min Dennis puts a sign in Mr. Finch's store telling everybody not forget his mom's Birthday. Episode 27: Dennis Becomes a Baby Sitter 1960-05-01 | 30 min Dennis's parents hire a baby sitter while his parents entertain business client. Dennis is a baby sitter to Michael Bouchet, was asked to stay with Dennis. Episode 28: Dennis and the Starlings 1960-05-08 | 30 min Mr. Wilson has a bunch of starlings in his tree and wants to get rid of them. Dennis eventually gets rid of the starlings by putting liver in Mr. Wilson's tree which attracts a lot of cats. Episode 29: The Party Line 1960-05-15 | 30 min The Driscolls are new neighbors but the Driscoll's phone is on the same line as the mitchell's. Episode 30: Dennis by Proxy 1960-05-22 | 30 min Dennis builds a bench for Mr. Dorfamn to sit on. Episode 31: Dennis Runs Away 1960-05-29 | 30 min Dennis tries to walk to his Grandpa's house and the police stop him and try to figure out who he is. Episode 32: Miss Cathcart's Sunsuit 1960-06-12 | 30 min Dennis sells Valentine's Day cards in July to by swim fins, which end up causing a run on Valentine's day cards around the entire neighborhood.
