Episode 2
Erik makes a shocking confession to his psychiatrist, Dr. Jerome Oziel, whose mistress, Judalon Smyth, gives the police a pivotal tip. Leslie makes a move to represent the Menendez brothers.
Episode 3
Leslie Abramson and Jill Lansing struggle to understand the brothers' motives, and the DA puts Judalon Smyth on the stand as the trial gets underway, sending the media into a frenzy.
