Overview
Joe and Lana want the best for their three young kids, but city living is costing them a fortune and Joe's working seven days a week just to keep the family afloat. The couple is desperate for a new life in the suburbs, but they won't be going anywhere until their current home gets a major makeover. The Property Brothers step in to turn things around, but while Joe and Lana are prepared to go the distance, the hefty renovation budget takes them by surprise. Jonathan promises to make their dated property look like a million bucks and dives head first into the huge project. Meanwhile, the search is on for a sprawling suburban home. And while at first it looks as though Drew has hit a homerun, the couple's house hunt hits a serious snag before they eventually get better news than they ever expected.
