Overview
It's been six years since his wife passed away, and Ken and his daughter Kimberly are now ready to move on. Their sprawling home on a one-acre yard holds a lot of great memories. It's time to finish up the stalled renovations, sell the home for top dollar, and start fresh. Ideally, the sale of the property will provide money for Ken's retirement, Kimberly's education, and their new family home. And while Jonathan gets busy with his knockout design plan, Drew is determined to find the father and daughter duo a low-maintenance property with two separate living areas. The only problem is they don't necessarily agree on what it is they're looking for.
