The information of an ability wielder that Kumagami relays to the student council on the day Yusa transfers into Hoshinoumi Academy points to a high school baseball pitcher that Tomori already had her eyes on. His ability is telekinesis. Episode 8: A Chance Meeting
Yu, starting to accept Ayumi's death, attends school for the first time in a while. There, he finds comfort in a school life that has not changed from before. Then, he ends up having to attend a ZHIEND live gig alone with Tomori, but on the way back home from school that day, he bumps into a foreign-looking woman carrying a white cane.

The decision that Yu makes is to plunder the ability of every last wielder of a special ability on Earth.
It is a choice that provides salvation to every ability-wielder, but at the same time, it is a choice that makes Yu pay a huge price in return.
