A-Troupe is reunited after their Nationals win, but the celebrations are short lived. The team must find a new place to dance, or make a big sacrifice; James helps plan his aunt's wedding.

Episode 3: Secrets
Emily learns that she will not be able to dance for at least 8 months. Riley confronts Emily. Lucien makes a deal with Miss Kate.

Dancers compete one on one for a spot on the internationals team.
Episode 5: The Fallout (2)
Some members of A-Troupe struggle to adjust to change. Meanwhile, a friend departs; and B-Troupe expands.

Giselle faces a familiar opponent in her battle; Chloe defends her place on the team; the ownership of The Next Step is decided.

James is preoccupied with his band and can't devote time to his duet with Riley for Internationals, so Ella helps her let loose. Meanwhile, Eldon and Thalia try to uncover the studio's sweet spots.
Episode 17: Square Dance
As the tension from Internationals mounts, Riley and Ella help the group relax by tricking them into learning square dancing.
Episode 18: Mixed Messages
Ella has Riley and James take a closer look at their relationship. Elsewhere, Thalia and Eldon devise clandestine ways of communicating.
Episode 19: Never There
Michelle is struggling with her parents' divorce, and this affects the team. Meanwhile, James and Riley try to see things from one another's perspectives; and Ella tries to convince Noah that A-Troupe is the right place for him.

Eldon is to compete for the Internationals male solo title, but Noah wants to have a shot and show Eldon that he is just as good as he is.

A-Troupe pairs up with B-Troupe to do duets.

The Next Step welcomes Amanda back from Sweden. Riley and Ella play one last prank on James before Ella goes back to England.

In Miami for internationals, Riley is forced to work off her bill as a waitress after she is unable to pay for her meal.
Episode 24: Lost at Sea
Kate and Giselle arrive to register for internationals, but James is trapped on a boat, adrift in the alligator-filled Everglades.
Episode 25: When the War is Over (1)
On the day of the male and female solo round, Eldon struggles with the loss of his lucky coin and Riley's friendship with Ella is tested when they have to compete against each other.
Episode 26: We Are the World (2)
With the small group round fast approaching, Michelle, Giselle, Riley, and Cierra are angry to see that Stephanie isn't putting in as much effort as she should be into practising and consider replacing her. Meanwhile, Thalia must compete with four dancers from different countries in the first round of Internationals, and Eldon begins to suspect that her Polish team-mate cares about more than just dance.
Episode 27: Blind (3)
The dancers find out that in the second round of Internationals, the dance they had prepared will have to be performed blindfolded. As they struggle to make it work, it becomes apparent that they need to change which dancers perform.
Episode 28: Turn, Turn, Turn (4)
Eldon competes against seven other dancers to determine how much time their teams will have to prepare for the next round. The team scrambles to adjust their quarter-finals routine to new music.
Episode 29: She's Not You (5)
The Next Step performs a ten-person dance against Ella's team in the semi-final round of Internationals. A key dancer's sudden illness threatens the team's chance to move on to the finals.
Episode 30: How It Ends (6)
The Next Step battles for the title of international champion against the team from Sweden. James and Riley put everything on the line to give their team a chance at winning.
