Overview
Season three is filled with relatable incidences - the battle for recognition, the exhilaration of victory, the humiliation of defeat and the memories of dreams shattered until a single moment introduces the possibility of a better or, at least different, future. Despite the hard punches inside the cage, the Navy St. MMA family never lose sight of their humanity, the strength of family bonds and battling demons in and out of the cage.

Episode 1: Wolf Tickets
Nate looks to prove himself in the cage, and Ryan defends his title. Jay seeks balance in his new life. With plans to take King Beast to the next level, Garo presents Alvey with a lucrative offer.
Episode 2: Ritual
Lisa hires help at Navy St. so Alvey can focus on training. Jay struggles to adjust to working life, while Garo tries to woo Ryan back to King Beast. Christina makes the best of a new situation, and Alvey forges a deeper bond with Nate.
Episode 3: Thank You, Boys
While Alvey deals with a health scare, Lisa proves her worth as a manager. A gift from Ryan presents complications for Jay and Amy, and Jay takes Ryan on a real estate tour. Lisa goes on a date.
Episode 4: Headhunter
Dom's relationship with Ryan creates problems with Alvey and Lisa. Nate tries to make peace when Jay causes tension at home. Alvey gets a surprise from his past.
Episode 5: Please Give
Dom pushes boundaries at the gym, while Christina takes charge of Kayla and the girls. Jay continues to struggle with Amy and work. Lisa gets Nate a fight on short notice, and Ryan takes a break from training.

Ryan deals with the consequences of his actions while Nate helps Alvey with press for his fight. Dom gets closer to Ryan, and Jay and Mac look for a party. Nate takes on a tough opponent.

Ryan checks in with Keith while Alvey looks for a distraction from his pain. A new boss moves in with Christina. Jay gets back in the gym, and Lisa considers a tempting offer.

An unexpected trip makes Alvey reassess his relationship with his sons. Cody puts Christina in a tough position with Kayla. Ryan questions Lisa's judgment about Dom, and Lisa makes a decision.
Episode 9: Cactus
Dom dishes on Navy St. and forces Lisa to make an unexpected move. Alvey tries to connect with his mother while bonding with Nate and Jay in the desert.
Episode 10: Lie Down in the Light
Alvey's comeback fight couldn't come at a worse time as Navy St. comes to grips with tragedy. Roles are reversed when Ryan coaches Alvey, and Lisa begins a new chapter.
