Overview
Young Tatsumi travels to the capital of the Empire in order to earn money for his starving people and encounters a world of unimaginable depravity, dominated by the ruthless Prime Minister who controls the child Emperor. Tatsumi is recruited by Night Raid, a group of assassins dedicated to eliminating corruption by mercilessly killing officials and privileged nobles.

Episode 1: Kill the Darkness
Tatsumi leaves his village in pursuit of wealth and success in the Imperial Capital. He attempts to join the army, however it isn't as easy as it seems. When all of the sudden, a large breasted woman shows up at the local bar and offers to help him get recruited.
Episode 2: Kill the Authority
Tatsumi is taken by the Night Raid. They realized his potential as an assassin and asks him to join, but Tatsumi is conflicted. Though after learning more about each of Night Raid's team members, he learns of their objectives to defeat evil and corruption and eventually decides to join.
Episode 3: Kill Your Cares
The Night Raid's hideout is invaded by intruders! The assassin clan was able to drive out the enemy without a problem. Tatsumi experiences the true intensity of the Night Raid for the first time and he is thrilled.
Episode 4: Kill the Imperial Arm Users
The target this time is the capital's rumored phantom serial killer known only as Zank the Executioner. Just like the Night Raid, he is an Imperial Arms user as well.
Episode 5: Kill the Dream
Sheele, who has no particular role in the hideout is assigned as Tatsumi's trainer. She explains how and why she chose assassinating as her career. Tatsumi, who still doesn't have an Imperial Arm of his own, tests out the Imperial Arm taken from Zank.
Episode 6: Kill the Absolute Justice
Night Raid is tasked with the eradication of a drug trafficking organization within the Imperial City. Tatsumi and Leone head towards the red light district. The two learn of the horrific details of the organization and their rage is apparent. Meanwhile, Sheele and Mine go after the Tybil, former leader of the organization when they suddenly feel an alarming presence.
Episode 7: Kill the Three (1)
General Esdeath arrives at the capital and is brought to the Emperor to discuss annihilating Night Raid. The Emperor wants to reward her for her services but her request is somewhat surprising.
Episode 8: Kill the Three (2)
Tatsumi and Bulat stand before the Three. Among them is Bulat's former leader, Liver. The battle quickly turns into a one-on-one combat between Bulat versus Liver and Tatsumi versus Nyau.
Episode 9: Kill the Battle Fanatic
Tatsumi inherits Bulat's Imperial Arms Incrusio after defeating the Three and vows to become even stronger. Mine's attitude towards Tatsumi seems to show a change after seeing his dedication during training... Meanwhile, General Esdeath receives news of the Three being defeated and in order to reinforce the army's strength she organizes a special police force of Imperial Arms users known only as the Jeagars.
Episode 10: Kill the Temptation
Esdeath has taken Tatsumi after winning the combat tournament. And the reason being... love at first sight?! That being said Tatsumi has not only been forced to become Esdeath's lover but also an auxiliary member of the Jaegers. Tatsumi and Esdeath observe as the Jaegers raid the bandits' hideout; he witnesses how powerful the Jaegers truly are. All the while Tatsumi tries to find an opportunity to escape and return to the Night Raid's hideout...
Episode 11: Kill the Mad Scientist
Dr. Stylish discovered Night Raid's hideout as he followed Tatsumi. A battle quickly commenced between Night Raid and Dr. Stylish's fortified army who struck with a surprise attack. Tatsumi and Mine are enraged as they see Kakusan equipped with Sheele's Imperial Arms Extase. A fierce battle continues within the hideout when suddenly something came down from the Sky...
Episode 12: Kill the Newcomers
After dealing with Dr. Stylish's attack Night Raid leaves their base and hides in the mountains. After welcoming the newly joined member, Night Raid experienced a brief moment of peace, even amid training. Mine, who has been teased relentlessly Chelsea, the newcomer, tells Tatsumi and Lubbok that she wants revenge.
Episode 13: Kill the Nuisances
A new species of Danger Beasts have emerged and has been terrorizing the vicinity of the capital. Minister Onest has ordered Esdeath to seize and defeat them. Esdeath leads the Jaegers to go to deal with them. But something suspicious in the shadow is keeping an eye on their actions. Meanwhile, after Night Raid settles into their new hideout, they're also on the move to deal with the new Danger Beasts.
Episode 14: Kill the Giant Danger Beast
Tatsumi and Esdeath meet again by chance while exterminating Danger Beasts. Esdeath is pleasantly surprised at the unexpected reunion while Tatsumi is overwhelmed. Even while fully immersed in the joy of their reunion, Esdeath notices that a man's been watching them from the shadows.
Episode 15: Kill the Religious Organization
A widely accepted religious organization among the civilians known as the Path of Peace is quickly gaining more followers. It is rumored that they will cause an armed uprising in an attempt to fight against the corrupt government.
Episode 16: Kill the Puppets
In order to combat the Jaegars, Night Raid is separated into two groups. Tatsumi and Akame are to deal with Bols, Kurome, and her puppets. The battle proves to be difficult as Kurome's Imperial Arms Yatsufusa has the ability to freely control the dead.
Episode 17: Kill the Curse
After being cornered by Akame and Leone, Bols sets off an explosion and flees. While he is trying to get back to his comrades, he runs into a hurt girl who is crying. Meanwhile, Kurome's medicine starts wearing off and she starts remembering her days with Akame as well as their sad goodbye, while stumbling through the mountain. While leaning against a tree eating snacks, someone approaches her...
Episode 18: Kill the Demon
Borick is scheming to take over a religious faction, and Night Raid heads to Kyoroch, where that religion has its headquarters. The Jaegars also head to Kyoroch to act as bodyguards for Borick. Wave is worried about Kurome, who still hasn't healed from her wounds. Night Raid safely infiltrates Kyoroch, however they must now face Borick's own appointed guards, the Four Koukenji Rakshasa Demons.
Episode 19: Kill the Fate
Night Raid continues to work on their plan to assassinate Borick in Kyoroch. Tatsumi and Mine wander around the city, but then end up running into Seryu, who is responsible for Sheele's death. Mine decides to end things once and for all with her, while Tatsumi fights Suzuka from the Four Demons.
Episode 20: Kill the Carnage
Kyoroch is freed because of Night Raid, which strengthens the Revolutionary Army's power. In this dire situation, Commander-in-chief Budoh and the minister's son, Shura, join the fight against Night Raid. Meanwhile, Night Raid infiltrates the capital yet again. Tatsumi and Lubbock go after Minister Onest in the palace by sneaking in with the help of one of the Revolutionary Army's spies.
Episode 21: Kill the Despair
In order to instill fear into the hearts of those among the Rebel Army, the capital has spread the word that Tatsumi will be executed publicly. Night Raid receives notice of this and intends to rescue him.
Episode 22: Kill the Little Sister
Following Tatsumi's capture, Night Raid successfully defeated Commander-in-Chief Budou but at the cost of Main and Susanoo's lives. The Revolutionary Army surrounds the capital as the civilians start to riot. Wave is confounded by what he sees as Ran calmly observes how everything unfolds. Meanwhile, Kurome senses that the end of her life is drawing near and seeks to settle things with her older sister once and for all.
Episode 23: Kill the Emperor
The Revolution finally reaches its final phase; Night Raid is en route to assassinate Minister Onest, the root of the problem. All goes according to Najenda's plan as the Revolutionary Army successfully invades the city. Night Raid arrives at the Palace where the Emperor and Minister are located. Unlike the panicked Emperor, the Minister is composed and confident as they prepare to unleash their trump card. As the palace trembles, something appears from below...!
Episode 24: Akame ga Kill!
The empire's army has been defeated and all that remains is the empire's strongest, General Esdeath. Akame and her sword stand in Esdeath's way as she desires to continue breeding war. The two face one another. The final battle begins. What will the result bring forth? A new kingdom where the citizens can live in peace or will there be more bloodshed...?
