Episode 1: Unconditional Love
Team One must resolve a standoff at a seedy motel with a fugitive who has shot two police officers and taken a teenager, Paul Wilder, hostage. At first, Paul seems like a good kid in a bad situation, but as the team digs deeper it uncovers chilling secrets that reveal Paul is far from innocent. What began as a standoff ends as a desperate chase through the city’s sewer system, and it’s up to Parker to stop Paul from making a mistake that will change him forever. Meanwhile, Ed discovers that his cop brother Roy might have been responsible for one of the officers getting shot … and that his wife is, unexpectedly, expecting.
Episode 2: Severed Ties
Maggie Perrello was the perfect mother until an addiction to prescription meds spiraled out of control. It cost Maggie a stint in jail, and the loss of her beloved daughters Becky and Riley into foster care. Now she’s out of jail, clean and sober, and yearns to bring her children home. When Maggie discovers that she can’t have her kids back, she turns desperate and kidnaps Becky and Riley. Team One answers the call. But when an unexpected complication threatens Becky’s safety, will Parker (Enrico Colantoni) be able to convince Maggie to make the ultimate sacrifice?

Episode 5: The Other Lane
While investigating a shots fired call in an upscale neighborhood, the SRU team encounters a group of gun runners. Among them, Ed's brother.
Episode 6: Jumping at Shadows
A girl calls a 911 dispatcher to say an intruder in trying to break in, the dispatcher doesn't believe that an actual intruder is breaking into the house until gunshots are heard. When SRU arrives on scene there is no sign of the girl.
Greg's son comes for a visit.
Episode 7: Acceptable Risk
In the wake of a museum gala shooting spree, the SRU's actions and judgments are called into question; however, the investigator seems to be focusing on Sgt. Parker in particular.
Episode 8: Collateral Damage
Team One is out to capture a man for the murder of his daughter after escaping from a transport van for prisoners.
Episode 9: Thicker Than Blood
Team One arrives on the scene of a bank robbery where a man claiming to be Roger Finch has turned to desperate measures after trying to withdraw $40,000 from his account. But the case is not so simple: the Team discovers the bank robber is actually Garth Scarrow (J.D. Nicholsen), and the real Roger Finch (Hamish McEwan) has gone missing. Finch has been kidnapped by the bank robber’s daughter, Ava (Erin Karpluk) and her husband Mark (Warren Christie). But it's not his money they're after. As Finch's secret past comes to light, the couple leads the Team to a hospital showdown. Roger Finch holds the key to a child's life... and Ava and Mark will stop at nothing to save their son.
Episode 10: Terror
The Team receives an urgent call from Jules (Amy Jo Johnson) on her day off – she and her date Steve are trapped in a restaurant with a gunman (Aaron Poole) who’s shot a waiter and is now holding hostages and making incoherent demands. Team One works with Jules on the inside, fighting to calm the gunman down before the waiter dies, but its clear there’s more to this simple hostage-taking. Team One discovers that this delusional man is merely a pawn in a much more horrific act of terror, targeting a local mosque.
Episode 11: No Promises
Spike (Sergio Di Zio) discovers his former mentor may be implicated in a tangled case involving corruption, drug dealers and an attempted gang execution.
Episode 12: I'd Do Anything
Complications arise in a high-risk SRU raid when an informant gets caught in a dangerous game of love, murder and betrayal.
Episode 13: Fault Lines (1)
Team One grapples with life and death choices and tough decisions that leave viewers wondering if the team will ever be the same again. Dr. Larry Toth (guest star Victor Garber), a military psychologist and ‘team-breaker’, peers inside the heads of Team One individually, exposing deep secrets and faults. With the fate of the Team hanging in the balance, Ed’s (Hugh Dillon) wife Sophie (Janaya Stephens) goes into labour, Parker’s (Enrico Colantoni) leadership is questioned, Spike (Sergio Di Zio) and Wordy (Michael Cram) stare down the barrel of a life outside the SRU, and Sam (David Paetkau) and Jules (Amy Jo Johnson) must confront whether they’re willing to give up the job for each other. As Parker waits to hear the fate of his team, a devastating call comes into the station, involving one of his own.
