Episode 5: Roads Not Taken (1)
An anonymous letter leads Superboy to Darla's hideout, where she has Lana locked in a meatlocker. She's holding Lana to blackmail Superboy, so he'll bring Luthor back through a portal (created by Dr. Winger) that took him to an alternate world. This alternate world is dark, and chaos has erupted as a result of Luthor's murder by an alternate Superboy. As Superboy tries to return Luthor, he and an alternate Dr. Winger attack him with kryptonite.

Episode 6: Roads Not Taken (2)
Superboy jumps through the portal to escape the kryptonite assault. In this world, he is the "Sovereign," a dictator that rules using fear tactics. Lana and Luthor, lovers in this world, are leading a revolution to overthrow the Sovereign. Lana arms herself with kryptonite bomb to destroy the Sovereign, hurting both versions of Superboy. But when she sets off the bomb, killing them both, the first alternate Superboy rescues the original Superboy from the kryptonite-laden shockwave. When all is done, Superboy destroys the portal.
Episode 1: The Bride of Bizarro (1)
Bizarro returns from deep space and enters into a deadly pact with Lex Luthor. Lex will "create" a bride for Bizarro in exchange for a supply of kryptonite which can kill Superboy.

Capital City finds itself in the middle of a mystery as random fires keep appearing all over the city. When Superboy investigates he discovers a connection to an ancient tribe of flying warriors called the Katia.

Superboy's life is in peril when an alien creature attaches itself to his body, causing him horrific nightmares in which he battles his alter ego of Clark Kent.

Superboy experiences amnesia after he is injured trying to stop a speeding meteorite. Now his only hope for remembering who he is lies with the mother and son who found him wounded in the woods.

A rip in the time continuum has unleashed a wave of deadly creatures. When a prominent movie producer is killed, Superboy must investigate and ultimately fight for his life as the monsters attack.
Episode 13: Neila and the Beast
Neila, the superwoman from another planet, returns once again to Earth. This time she needs Superboy's help to destroy a gruesome creature who is seeking to kill her.
