Operation Mole: the code-name of the heavy duty vehicle check carried out by the Gwent Constabulary to discover whether trucks are safe and legal and drivers' records are up to date. Every year two million pounds' worth of vehicles are stolen from the London area. Frank Page reports from the Stolen Car Squad Headquarters.
