Meanwhile, Tyler receives a less than impressive offer and has to break the news to his emotional seller.

Inspired by his friend in the Berkshires, Dorinda Medley, Steve stages a splashy open house at his Upstate farm and invites an unimpressed KJ to take a walk in the mud. Tyler takes an NYU Professor on a tour of properties, including a Tenth Avenue apartment listed exclusively by Fredrik, where the pair squabble over pricing.
