Episode 10: Breathless in Denver

Episode 7: The Fresno Curse
Abby and the ALDC try to break the long standing losing streak in Fresno, CA. Holly's nerves are frayed when Abby announces the theme for a controversial and racially-charged group dance. Meanwhile, Elliana and Maesi's duet brings out the worst in Yolanda and Jamie's already toxic relationship.
Episode 15: Judgment Day Approaches
It's the first week back and the news quickly spreads that Abby's court sentencing is just two weeks away. With the clock ticking, the moms are desperate to know what Abby's plans are for the future, but Abby's total denial creates havoc for the team. Instead of focusing on her own court case, Abby creates a group dance centered around Ashlee and Brynn's family court battle, forcing Brynn to face emotionally charged subject matter through dance.
Episode 6: No Clowning Around
With Nationals only six weeks away, the mothers begin to worry about the ever-changing team, Nia gets her first solo, Abby gives two new dancers a chance to shine and the veteran mothers go on the attack when a new mother insults their children.
Episode 16: Abby Flies the Coop
The moms dispute with Abby over a vegan-inspired routine, while Kendall, Brynn and Kalani compete with head-to-head solos. Also: the team says goodbye to Abby for possibly the last time when she decides to head to Europe one week before her sentencing, making the moms question the future of the ALDC.

With Abby away and her sentencing looming over everyone's head, the moms bring in world-renowned choreographer, Laurieann Gibson. Laurieann's intensity and passion shakes things up at the ALDC, but will her unique methods and choreography be enough to win? Meanwhile, ex-ALDC member Chloe returns to the competition world for the first time in two years to dance against her former teammates.
