Overview
Officer Lopez is suspended after he fatally shoots a robber the press have nicknamed 'The Ghost'. Later, Tony believes that he see's the same man in a pawnshop. At home, the Scali's hire a contractor to do some simple DIY, but the costs keep spiralling.

They agree, happy that the child Grace is carrying can be born in America, but joy turns to tragedy when Isaac is shot.
