Reika explains to Ryo about how a corrupt police officer is interfering with narcotics investigations, and how her former partner was killed by the Yakuza and her desire to clear his name. Little do the three of them know that Mariko has been targeted by Yakuza after stealing a piece of jewelry containing secret files from a daughter of a Yakuza boss.

When the daughter Kikunosuke asks Ryo to teach her about honor and the Japanese way, the Hanafubuki Gumi hoodlums return and kidnaps Otora. Ryo and Kikunosuke must rescue her and Ryo learns that Kikunosuke is the daughter of the leader of the Hanafubuki Gumi.
