After losing his successful corporate job, Roger, who has no previous restaurant experience, purchased the Pinehurst Country Lodge in Greeley, Pa., six months ago, and is now $350,000 in debt and on the verge of losing everything. Chef Robert Irvine has just two days to give Roger the tools and authority to lead his staff towards success.

Chef Robert is off to Twin Lakes, Wis., to Pier West Restaurant, which has a scenic view and a boatload of problems. As Chip's restaurant falls deeper and deeper into debt, his family is getting angrier and angrier. No one has Chip's back except Robert.
