Emily and Ken have a baby on the way and are searching for the perfect suburban home close to their family. Frustrated by their urban house hunt, a couple agrees to a radically different approach as Jonathan and Drew take them on a tour of an amazing rural community. They are soon sold on the long list of perks, and it's up to Jonathan to come up with an open-concept design that dovetails with his clients' lifestyle.

Newlyweds with two dogs and a mile-long wish list are determined to move out of their cramped condo into the perfect modern property, and the Property Brothers promise to make it happen with a fixer-upper. After Drew successfully coaches the couple through a potential bidding war, Jonathan wrestles with asbestos, ancient wiring and structural issues to keep the ambitious project on time and on budget.

The Property Brothers help family of five search for a forever home in their high-demand school district. Drew somehow manages to come up with a short list, and then it's up to Jonathan to straighten a seriously sagging century home. The problems start piling up as soon as the walls come down, and then the renovation is thrown completely off track by a hole that threatens to sink the entire project.

A single mom adjusts to her new life by selling her sprawling Nashville dream home and searching for a more manageable property. Drew and Jonathan promise a worry-free transition and begin their search for a low-maintenance urban property with plenty of country flair. Jonathan is able to transform a tired old ranch home into a fabulous showpiece and Drew commemorates the occasion by organizing an official welcome-to-the-neighborhood block party.
