Overview
Musical guest: Kenny Lattimore On a date with Jeremy, Moesha runs into Q and his new girlfriend Tammy. Moesha still has feelings for Q as he does for her. Confused about where their relationship stands, Q asks her out to dinner. But after arguing and sorting out mixed feelings, Moesha and Q decide once and for all to just remain friends. Meanwhile, Myles' girlfriend is a little ""high-maintenance.""

Episode 11: Break It Down
Frank accompanies Hakeem to a ""Father-Son"" retreat. Q and his father attend the retreat as well; causing some unresolved hostility between Frank and Q. As Frank, Q and the others resolve their conflicts, Frank and Q come to a new understanding.
