Overview

Conan, Ayumi, Genta, Mitsuhiko, Haibara, and Detectives Takagi and Sato decipher the code Detective Date left in his notebook and arrive at café Poirot. They deduce the ransom handoff method described by the kidnapper based on information left at Poirot and successfully rescue Alan, the son of the vice president of a French car maker. The case seems resolved until they learn Alan was being held captive along with his friend Inukai Yuji. They must deduce the location where he is being held based on Alan's time in the car.
