Monica identifies the reason behind the mana rampage and finds out that there’s a culprit behind it. The hidden secret of the student council gets unveiled.

Corlapton holds a festival that sends off the dead, and participants ring a bell in their costumes as they do so. As Monica arrives to Corlapton with Mary, she finds an unexpected person there. The second prince Felix who came incognito without a bodyguard.
