Kyle is fed-up with his disabling blindness, refuses to 'be a burden' and thus piles up needless practical problems. Matt opposes Lauren's plan to by the coffee-shop, which Lynn can't afford after Steph's shenanigans, as it would require a massive loan with his demoted salary. Ajay's plan works, after Paul fails to wriggle out of delivering positive witness declarations. Mason gets off with community service, embarrasses Paul and thinks of taking Kate back, bit she thinks the contrary after seeing him take a helpful girl-pupil-witness to the movies.
