Overview

As the structure begins to collapse, Assemblywoman Moon finally confronts the deadly consequences of cutting corners and vows to hold President Kim accountable. When a fire breaks out and all exits are sealed, President Kim is brought to his knees and forced to sign a contract for a second chance at life with the burning man in jeans.
