Overview
The kids head to the Annual Auto Show to interview Dr.Sprocket and his assistant Crocker Pitt, about the unveiling of the new supercharged XYZ Sports Coupe. While there, they run into his blue ribbon rival, Ingrid Ignition, and hear about the threats from the Spectre of Sports Cars, who stole the blueprints to his car.

Episode 19: The Fall Dog
The kids head to Hollywood to interview Bobby Moguel about his new movie "The Amazing Wonder Car", but soon realize that he doesn't like reporters. Before they get there, the stunt guy quits the movie because a Gremlin is out to ruin it, so the gang decides to take the job to get behind the scenes.

The kids attend a baseball game between the Flounders and the Roosters, to get pictures of the Flounders newest pitcher, a woman, Sally Star, and interview Coach Goober.
