Episode 2: D.J., D.O.A. 1983-10-06 | 60 min A disc jockey is beaten and then disappears, a fellow D.J. who witnessed the beating hires the Simons to find out what happened to her co-worker.

Episode 3: I Heard It Was Murder 1983-10-13 | 60 min Rick and AJ take on the job of protecting a blind witness.

Episode 4: Bail Out 1983-10-20 | 60 min AJ goes undercover as a tennis pro when he and Rick are hired by an executive's widow to investigate the parachute ""accident"" that had killed her husband.

Episode 7: Caught Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea 1983-11-10 | 60 min Rick and AJ are hired by a woman to find her ex-husband, a cop accused of robbery and cop-killing. In this episode, the Simons meet Downtown Brown for the first time as they help him prove his friends's innocence.

Episode 8: The Bare Facts 1983-11-17 | 60 min In order to find a missing contractor, the Simons have to search a nudist colony.

Episode 9: Too Much of a Good Thing 1983-12-01 | 60 min A woman comes to the Simons when her husband disappears, they start the investigation with his job (inspecting produce for illegal pesticides) but the real surprises turn up when the investigation veers into his personal life.

Episode 10: Betty Grable Flies Again 1983-12-08 | 60 min WWII pilot wants to find his long lost B-25.

Episode 11: Bon Voyage, Alonso 1983-12-15 | 60 min Cecelia agrees to chaperone two teenage girls on a cruise, with Rick's help, but then the ship is highjacked.

Episode 12: All Your Favorite Games 1983-12-22 | 60 min When her star witness is nearly killed while under police protection, Janet asks Rick and AJ to take over the protective custody, but the witness's compulsive need to gamble makes her very uncooperative.

Episode 13: John Doe 1984-01-05 | 60 min A man comes to Rick and AJ claiming to be an amnesiac who can't remember the last three months of his life and wants them to find out why he's accused od murder.

Episode 14: Dear Lovesick 1984-01-12 | 60 min An advice columnist hires Rick and AJ when she fears one of her regular readers is in danger.

Episode 15: Bloodlines 1984-01-19 | 60 min While the Simons are looking for a stolen horse, they uncover some revealing information about the racing accident that had killed their client's father years before.

Episode 17: The Wrong Stuff 1984-02-09 | 60 min An innocent young woman fears her future will be ruined when a producer turns a movie she made as a teenager into an x-rated film and gives it wide distribution.

Episode 18: Double Play 1984-02-16 | 60 min Rick is haunted by a recurring dream while he and AJ are trying to figure out who devised the elaborate frame that gets them arrested for transporting stolen securities to Mexico, and their investigation leads them to a look-a-like escort service.
