Tuck wakes up in the middle of the night and finds an alien in the classroom—an extraterrestrial! The Wonder Pets form a bond with their new friend, who must return home soon, or be stuck on earth forever.

The Wonder Pets help a drawing of a pangaroo, a fictional animal that is part kangaroo and part parrot, who has been thrown away in the trash. They later help him find a home and a friend.
Episode 25: Save the What?
Just when an animal is in trouble, the Wonder Pets' phone is broken (the can was crushed). It's up to the viewer to become a new member of the Wonder Pets and help Linny, Tuck and Ming-Ming figure out what kind of animal is in trouble. Each time the phone rings they find clues. The animal in trouble is a hummingbird whose beak is stuck in an apple.
Episode 14: Save the Sea Turtle!
The Wonder Pets head to Japan to help a lost sea turtle that is looking for any water to swim in.
Episode 26: Save the Rooster!
The Wonder Pets must help a baby rooster "cock-a-doodle-doo" as loud as he can so he can wake the animals up on the farm.
