Overview
While Jack and Phyllis enjoy an evening together, he tells her that he won’t press about her moving back in. When Traci apologizes to Phyllis, she is reluctant to believe her sincerity. Michael tells Paul that he wants to divorce Lauren, but he’s afraid of the repercussions it’ll have on Fen. Meanwhile, Carmine tries to slowly convince Fen that his parents should separate. Later, Phyllis confronts Carmine. When Traci tries to talk with Billy about his marriage to Victoria, Billy suspects that Traci might be running from problems of her own. Meanwhile, Nikki tells Victoria that she made the right decision to leave Newman Enterprises and she should focus on her happiness outside the company. Later, Adam confesses to Victor that he thinks Chelsea’s baby might be his.

Adam waits at the hospital while Dylan and Chelsea finish up with the doctor. When they leave, Adam approaches the doctor. Meanwhile, Dylan finds out that Chelsea and Billy have a child together.
When Noah visits Sharon, he finds her looking at an old photo album as she reminisces about the past.
Neil is disappointed to hear that Leslie wants to leave Jabot. When Neil asks Devin to take over her job, Devon reveals that he’s considering a job offer in London. Roxanne gets upset that Devon hasn’t included her in his decision.

Phyllis tells Nick that she hopes that being honest with Summer about the ripple effect caused by Cassie’s death will scare some sense into her.
Michael tells Lauren he’ll have divorce papers drawn up. Lauren asks Michael to give her 30 days to try and make amends.
When Cane tells Lily that he’s in Chicago, he secretly stays in town to plan a surprise party for her. Lily and Tyler have a drink at On the Blvd to toast the success of their campaign. Oliver stops by and tells them they’re crazy to end their partnership.
Kevin tells Chloe that they don’t need to sell Crimson Lights and that he’ll find another way to make money. Meanwhile, Fen tells Carmine that he thinks his parents are hiding something from him.

Billy tells Victoria that he doesn’t want to have a baby if she only sees it as a way to one-up Adam. Billy encourages Victoria to relax and try to focus on being happy away from Newman Enterprises.
With the deal being closed for the Newman buy back, Victor asks Adam and Victoria to stop quarreling. When they can’t seem to reach an agreement, Victoria decides to leave the company.
Chloe considers selling Crimson Lights to Dylan. When she fails to tell Kevin, he gets upset and demands answers.
Phyllis tells Nick that the best way to get through to Summer is by telling her the truth about Cassie’s death. Phyllis believes that Summer needs to know how losing Cassie affected her friends and family. When Dylan runs into Billy at the gym, he tells him that he’s buying his own business and won’t be available to work at On the Blvd.
When the fortune teller stops by Crimson Lights, she tells Chelsea that the father of her baby wants to be a part of it’s life. Meanwhile, Adam goes to the gym and finds Billy, Nick, and Dylan working out.

Victoria tells Chelsea that she knows her baby is Adam's, and that she's behind her wholeheartedly in keeping the truth from him. Later, Victoria asks Billy where he has been all night. Later, Chelsea visits Adam and tells him to stop calling her doctor.
Dylan invites Avery over to the warehouse he bought. When he inquires about needing a lawyer, Avery agrees to help him.
Michael and Lauren question who attacked Fen. Later, Michael confronts Carmine.
Kyle picks up Summer for their date at On the Blvd.
When Sharon visits Nick, he assures her that everything is fine with Avery. Later, they go to visit Cassie's grave and Nick reveals an important secret.

When Jack asks Billy to take Traci off his hands, Billy says that he can't and that is focused on having another child with Victoria. While Victoria gets stuck meeting with Victor and Adam, Billy decides to meet up with an old friend for a game of cards. Victor tells Adam that he's sure that Victoria and him can find some common ground.
When Phyllis returns to the penthouse, she is told that her water and power will be out for weeks. Jack visits and asks Phyllis about when she'll move back in with him.
Lauren ignores a text from Carmine as she tells Michael that she can't believe how she screwed things up between them. Later, Fen comes home and shocks Michael and Lauren.

Leslie tells Tyler he has to stop focusing on Lily. Later, another one of Neil's journal entries goes up online. Kevin hacks into the website and finds out where the IP address is coming from.
Victoria tells Victor that their family will never be united while Adam is still involved. Victoria soon realizes her father doesn't trust Adam any more than she does. Meanwhile, Adam wants Billy to convince Victoria to concentrate on having a baby.
Chloe is frustrated at all the past due bills for Crimson Lights. She considers selling the shop.
